Services

Service goes beyond what we do, and includes how we do it. You will be served with the patience, compassion, quality, and thoroughness you deserve. These are the principles Dr. Long founded his practice on, and they extend to everything we do.

We are committed to quality eye care at all levels, from our eye examinations, to our patient service, to our ongoing support. See the difference with the following services:

Comprehensive Eye Exam

Don’t settle for a routine check-up, quick review, or virtual consultation. Our board licensed and experienced optometrists take the time to thoroughly examine your eyes, including: assessing visual acuity and refraction, performing eye dilation, screening for eye conditions and diseases, and answering all of your questions.

Contact Lens Exam

Let us make sure contact lenses fit safely, properly, and comfortably with an in-depth consultation and measurement that insures the best vision possible. Our contact lens specialists have experience with the various types of lenses, including: standard and disposable spherical lenses, standard and disposable toric lenses for astigmatism, multifocal lenses, RGP lenses, hybrid lenses, scleral lenses, and more. We’ll also teach you proper contact lens care, so you can feel supported and confident.

Dry Eye Exam

Stop suffering from the pain, discomfort, and blurry vision caused by dryness. At our Oklahoma Dry Eye Institute, we are trained experts in diagnosing and treating dry eye disease. We will work with you one-on-one to customize a treatment plan that is specific to your individual needs. There are no “one size fits all” plans here. Our dry eye evaluation takes approximately 1 hour and includes the evaluation of the water layer, oil layer, inflammation, bacteria, allergies, lid function, and lifestyle. Some of our treatments include: IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), autologous blood serum drops, steroids, nonpreserved artificial tears, Cequa, Restasis, Xiidra, Tyrvaya, amniotic membranes, MiBo Thermoflo, Nulids, beaded warm compress mask, medical grade supplements, in-office lid expression, hypochlorous acid, antibiotics, moisture chamber goggles, diet, hydration and more. It doesn’t stop there, we are committed to continuing to evaluate new treatments as they become available. We even put you on our prayer list.

Medical Eye Exam

Go beyond our comprehensive eye exam and let us take a deeper view into your eyes. Our medical eye exam tests for specific eye diseases, including: cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and more. As your primary care eye doctor, it is our job to develop a specific treatment plan for your condition or refer you to the specialist best suited to help you.
