Heba Hammami. O.D.

A Tulsa native, Dr. Hammami completed her undergraduate studies in Molecular Biology at Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from the Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, in 2019, graduating with top awards in specialty contact lenses.

Dr. Hammami completed her external clinical rotations at nJoy Vision and the Oklahoma Medical Eye Group, followed by a residency in Ocular Disease and Refractive Surgery at Triad Eye Institute. She received extensive training under the guidance of board-certified ophthalmologists and residency-trained optometrists in the management of diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and in the surgical co-management of LASIK and cataract patients. Dr. Hammami also holds a certificate in Anterior Segment Laser procedures. She is bilingual, with Arabic as her second language.

In her spare time, Dr. Hammami enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to be part of Dr. Jeff Long’s Children & Family Eye Care and is proud to work with such a dedicated team in serving the Oklahoma community.
